LogDNA is now Mezmo but the product you know and love is here to stay.

As Americans unite across the country in response to the killings of Geoge Floyd—as well as Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Eric Garner, Tamir Rice, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and many others—to protest the continuing problem of inhumanity, injustice, and systemic inequality for the black community, we see flames igniting across many cities, fueled by repressed fear, pain, anger and helplessness.

It pains us to see such arrogant and cavalier attitudes towards the black community, and it pains us to see the black community in so much pain. LogDNA is committed to examining this pain and connecting it to a purpose to do better and to be better. We stand with our black brothers and sisters so that they do not have to stand alone. And we all stand definitively against racism, injustice and police brutality.  

We are committed to being a part of the change.

Ongoing support of social causes has always been a part of our company’s DNA, we’ve contributed to over 10 social causes from supporting single mothers, to STEM education for underprivileged children. This week we encourage all our team members to continue to be agents of change, LogDNA has pledged to match our team members’ donation dollars to Black Lives Matter initiatives, up to $25,000.

And we are just getting started.

In addition to helping the Black Lives Matter movement, we will make every effort to ensure we invest and prioritize best practices in diversity and inclusion within. Moving forward we will have a Diversity and Inclusion Committee, to help evolve our hiring practices, retain a diverse workforce and establish metrics to measure our successes and failures to safeguard our commitment to stand against racism and inequality. Together our team will learn and improve, institute and develop, prioritize and promote ways to be a part of the long-term solution.  

We want to live in a world that has unyielding love and devotion for the black community. We ensure this by showing kindness and compassion, understanding and love.
